PPS Needle Punched Felt is made of PPS fiber (polyphenylenesulfide) by series needle punch processing. Because of its special molecular structure, PPS needle punched felt has excellentchemical stability and strength properties. Working  temperature up to 170degree, instantaneous temperature up to 190 degree.PPS filtration isused for high sulfur-containing flue gas cleaning such as coal-fired powerplant, coal-boilers industry, etc.

At present, theproducts mainly used in thermal power, coal and blast furnace gas powergeneration, the burning of straw power generation of power industry. Ourcompany developed the PPS series of filtration, including the PPS filtration,PPS + P84, PPS + PTFE, PTFE + P84 composite filtration. And, they have beensuccessfully used in the power industry. (It requires different post-processingtechniques according to the specific working conditions)
