P84 needle punched felt is made by P84 fiber with needle punch method. P84 fiber(polyimide fibers) has good resistance to high temperature, working temperature is 260 degree, instantaneous temperature up to 280 degree.P84 fiber has irregular leaf-shaped section, which can improve filting and anti-oxidation feature, widely applied in cement, coal burning boiler, concrete mixing waste incineration industry, etc.

NOMEX needle punched felt, working temperature is 204 degree, instantaneous temperature up to 240 degree, has excellent anti-alkali, anti-acid resistance, is a great material to treating 180-220 degreegas. NOMEX needle punched felt is widely applied in steel, cement, power plant, chemical industry, etc.

With the development of the sack-style dust-removing, our company has developed a series of composite needle-punched felt to satisfy variety of working conditions. This series composite needle-punched felt using glass fiber as the main material, mixed with P84, KEMEL, NOMEX, PET, etc. Specific fiber ratio depending on the working conditions.
